Z6 EGO Zero Turn is great!
This Z6 is full of useful and very easy to understand technology. The lighting all around the mower gave me great visibility when I was sitting on it. The app compatibility is one of my favorite aspects of the tech, as it allows you to fully access the controls and details of the mower with its built in Bluetooth ability (even if I don’t have the key on me)!

It addresses all of my concerns with eliminating gas, has the ability to cut for a long time on a single charge, and has a lower center of gravity and slightly longer to tackle hills that I have safer than the approach I take today!...you can set the mower speed independently, which I really like along with independently setting overall wheel speed. USB port for charging, and a dedicated phone holder...

What charger can I use with my batteries?
All EGO chargers charge all EGO batteries. The Z6 1600W Charger will charge up to 6 batteries simultaneously when plugged into your EGO POWER+ Z6 Zero Turn Riding Mower. In just 2 hours, a depleted 40Ah can be fully recharged.
What’s included in Z6 kit?
(1) Zero Turn Riding Mower, (4) 10.0Ah 56V ARC Lithium™ Batteries, and (1) 1600W Zero Turn Riding Mower Charger
What adjustments can be made to the Z6 Zero Turn Riding Mower?
The Z6 is equipped with an LCD interface for complete customization of your mowing experience. With the simple touch of a finger, you can select from: 5 driving speed between 3-8 MPH, 5 blade speeds adjustments between 2400-3200 RPM, 3 lap bar sensitivity adjustments, 3 driving modes: Control, Standard, Sport. There are 10 Position Cutting Height adjustments from 1.5-4.5" using the one-handed lever below the right lap bar. There are 3 seat positions forward and backwards using the green lever below the seat. The seat firmness is adjustable using the knob below the seat lever.
Will the Z6 connect to my phone?
Yes, the POWER+ 42” Z6 Zero Turn Riding Mower is Bluetooth Compatible to enable a remote key from your phone, full control of your mowing experience, easy battery monitoring and firmware updates to the latest features.
Can I spray water underside of this mower with a hose to clean it?
Yes, the deck had a hose attachment for cleaning underneath the deck.
What maintenance is required for the Z6?
We recommend sharpening your blades periodically. Unlike the average ZTR, there is no belt or motor maintenance needed.
What is the deck size?
The 42" cutting deck uses two 21" blades.
How much does the Z6 weigh?
The Z6 weights 410 pounds without the batteries.
Is this like a tractor?
No, it’s a zero turn.
Does the riding mower come with a charger?
Yes, a 1600W charger is included that simultaneously charges up to 6 batteries at once.
How do we dispose of batteries?
Call 1-800-822-8831 to recycle. This number is located on the warning label of each battery.
What is the run time in minutes for different battery configurations?
The run time is extremely variable depending on blade speed, grass length and mower speed.
Why does the 42” unit only come with 4 batteries?
If you’re an existing EGO owner, you can leverage your existing EGO batteries (15Ah required to run). If you’re new to the EGO 56V platform, you can expand your tool collection and leverage smaller AH batteries from handheld tools.

Is this a variable speed machine?
Yes, it is variable speed for both blades and travel.
Does it come with mulching blades?
It includes two standard cutting blades. Mulching blades and mulch plug are available separately.
How well does the machine handle hills?
Surface moisture, sidehilling, tire pressure, drive mode, and speed can all impact traction and slope performance. Under ideal conditions, the machine can handle 15-degree slopes.
Is it compatible with a universal bagging attachment?
Z6 ZTRs are only compatible with the EGO Bagger Kits made for each mower size: ABK4200 for 42-inch ZTRs and ABK5200 for 52-inch ZTRs.
Are the blade motors self-contained?
Each blade has its own independent motor.
Does the warranty cover rain damage to the mower or batteries?
No, the warranty only includes against defects in material or workmanship from the date of original retail purchase for the applicable warranty period. Please refer to the EGO Warranty Policy for warranty information.
